Support & spare parts

A robot that is down costs more than the robot

Contracts with an agreed response time, remote diagnostics, stock of critical spare parts and planned maintenance.

Our logic

Availability is designed, not hoped for

Before handover we define together which failure is critical for you and how quickly it has to be resolved. The contract follows from that, not the other way round.

For critical lines we keep spare parts in Thessaloniki and recommend a standby unit or a replacement agreement so production does not stop.

The levels

Three support levels

01

Basic

Phone and remote support during business hours, software updates, annual inspection.

02

Professional

Response within 24 hours, on-site service, two planned maintenance visits, basic spare part stock.

03

Critical

Response within 8 hours, standby unit or fast replacement, quarterly performance review.

04

Remote diagnostics

Secure remote access, approved by you per incident.

05

Spare parts

A list of critical components with lead times, defined at handover.

06

Reporting

Monthly availability and incident report.
