We consider a project deliverable when the robot performs the intended task at your pace, with your operators and without us standing next to it.
Until that point we run acceptance tests against criteria agreed in writing before installation: cycle time, success rate, recovery time after an error.
What we do on site
Goods receipt and check
We inspect the equipment with the manufacturer before it goes onto the line.
Mechanical installation
Bases, charging points, guarding, floor marking.
Electrical and network
Power, Wi-Fi or 5G, an isolated VLAN for the robots.
Calibration and programming
We set up the tasks and store them as reusable programmes.
Risk assessment
To ISO 12100 and ISO 10218, documented for your file.
Acceptance tests
We run the agreed protocol and sign it together.
A typical project in four weeks
Week 1: site preparation
Electrical work, network, charging points and marking before the equipment arrives.
Week 2: installation
Assembly, calibration, first tests without production.
Week 3: trial operation
Parallel operation with the existing setup, measurement and correction.
Week 4: handover
Acceptance tests, operator training, signed protocol.
