B2B integration

Integration that starts with your flow, not with the robot

Before we propose a model, we measure. Cycle times, material flow, bottlenecks, shifts that cannot be staffed. The robot comes afterwards.

The approach

The right order is analysis, study, then purchase

Most failed robot installations start with a purchase decision and look for the task afterwards. We do the opposite: we find the work that costs money, analyse it and calculate whether a robot does it cheaper and more consistently.

The deliverable is a document you can show to your board: task scenario, recommended model, required peripherals, cost, payback, risks and an implementation plan.

What is included

Six things you get from us

01

Cycle time analysis

We measure on site with a stopwatch and video, not with estimates from a desk.

02

Model selection

We compare at least three platforms for your specific task, with criteria you can see.

03

Cell design

Positions, safety zones, power supply, network, charging points.

04

Peripherals

Grippers, work tables, conveyors, vision systems.

05

Data integration

Connection to ERP or WMS so the robot knows what it is supposed to do.

06

Implementation plan

Schedule, owners, milestones, acceptance criteria.

The process

From the first visit to the decision

Visit and recording

Half a day at your site. We film the flow and talk to operators and shift leaders.

Data analysis

We calculate time per piece, cost per movement and the share of work that can be automated.

Feasibility study

You receive the document with the numbers and two scenarios: minimum and full.

Decision

If you proceed, the study becomes the implementation plan. If not, the document is still yours.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Usually two to three weeks from the visit to the final document, depending on how much data already exists.
The first visit and the initial assessment are free. The full feasibility study is charged and deducted from the project cost if you proceed.
Yes. If you already run arms or AGVs we include them in the design instead of proposing a replacement.
